1. For Mystery Random boxes:
All items inside are picked at random. You may receive a mix of paper sheets or stickers or other journal supplies. No specific items can be guaranteed.
If there are styles you really dislike and want us to exclude, please send us an email（sunnyshop667@gmail.com or add WA +187 5832 3974）. We will try our best to follow your preferences, but 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
2. For boxes selected during our LIVE stream:
We no longer require deposits. You may start with our smallest‑size box.
If you would like to upgrade to a larger box, please message Sunny first. Upgrades can be arranged after communication.
3. For Sunny Journal exclusive‑design mystery boxes:
These are also random boxes. Specific item requests are generally not accepted.
You are welcome to email us about your strong likes or dislikes. We will try our best to follow your preferences, but 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
